Marketing Privacy and Data Collection
We take privacy seriously and only send email marketing to people who have subscribed and authenticated their details. This means that when you subscribe, you will also need to confirm the sign-up by clicking a link in an email that is sent automatically on sign-up. If the email confirmation is not completed, your details will not be added. This prevents anyone other than yourself adding your details without your consent.
You also have the ability to unsubscribe at any time with a single click from any marketing email we send you and if you would like your details completely deleted from our system, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All data related to newsletter marketing undertaken by Pressure Care Management is stored using MailChimp. A recognised online email marketing solution, Mailchimp participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S Privacy Shield Framework.
The data is accessed and managed with limited administrative access internally and using secure data transfer, utilising two-factor authentication for access. This means that your data can only be accessed securely by a select few people within Pressure Care Management and verified Sub Contractors.
